Orders Ship Monday through Friday
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Sometimes it can take a little longer if we have special offers or new product launches.

For orders shipped through Australia Post, please wait up to 8 business days before contacting us regarding your order.

Exchanges & Returns
Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Customer is responsible for return postage. The product must have been purchased from baui.com.au and be accompanied by a copy of your order receipt or packing slip. For the return address, please contact us via email at info@baui.com.au.
